Howard Chan
Incoming Cambridge HSPS student building technical systems for education, service operations, and institutional coordination.
I work on problems where coordination breaks first. My role is usually the same: map the workflow, identify the friction, and build something people can actually use.
Current work includes ElevateOS, Prior Moves, Tatemori, nobill, Pulse Manila 2026, and research on communication, cognition, and institutional systems.
Long term, I want to build at the point where institutions, incentives, and technical systems meet, whether through company-building and venture or through early-career finance paths that sharpen commercial judgment and execution.
HSPS and institutions
I study how institutions behave under pressure and how incentives shape decisions.
Technical systems and products
I turn ambiguous workflows into tools people can actually use and hand off.
Service and coordination
I build continuity into service organizations so execution survives the next handoff.
